When it comes to solidity of realization and its durability the houses in HBE system are comparable with the houses built by using traditional technology.

Ecological building material:

• The timber accumulates carbon dioxide ( CO2) and it is processed and converted with the lowest energy consumption in comparison to other typical building materials.
• One tone of timber in a storehouse can store up to1,9 tons of CO2. In addition , timber can accumulate about 500 kg of carbon. That is why it is active protection of our climate.
• None of competitive building materials is produced, converted and used with so low energy usage and with so low burden to the of environment . This is what distinguishes the glued laminated timber as a building material from other competitive materials which are produced with very high energy consumption and which do not have any usefulness for ecological harmony.

Summer heat protection:

Wood has the highest heat storage ability of all typical construction materials. This ensures that the heat from solar radiation is absorbed and stored for very long. Very little heat is transferred to the interior. At night, stored heat is released to the outside
