2. 1.Exterior walls

4. Joining the semi-manufactured components.
All of the elements are joined together with help of special steel forging and screws which make the construction stiff. The walls are joined for good to the foundations by using the steel connectors.

6. Roof construction

7. Roof drainage
Waterspouts and drainpipes are made of high quality synthetic material with UV radiation protective coating , which prevents from colours fading. The drainpipes are stuck in rain installation.
8. The windows and balcony doors
All the windows and balcony doors/ terrace doors are made of glued timber. The windows are the tilt-turn windows.
Outside windowsills are made of duromarble
Inside windowsills are made of glued laminated timber
All the window-panes and French doors? panes have two layers structure with heat permeability coefficient U=1,1W/m2K
9. Outside doors
Front doors- GERDA, steel, equipped with 3 anti-bribery forging points.
10. The floors
The floors layers of the ground floor from the top:

11. The central heating system
It is made of Pex Al pipes in a separatory system. The pipes have aluminium insert and an anti diffusive layer. Every pipe is conducted to the radiator in one section, without any redundant connections in the floor. Such a system is the safiest because in case of a breakdown there is a possibility to turn off each of the elements separately.
12. The chimneys.
The fumes system chimneys made of concrete blocks. The chimneys of ventilation system are also made of concrete blocks or in PCV system. Above the hipped roof end the chimney is plastered. On the roof there are some steps for chimney sweeper leading to smoke chimney.
13. Water and sewage installation
Water and sewage installation is made of PCV pipes. Water installation will be made in PP system of PN- 20 pipes (resistance welded polypropylene). At present it is the safiest system used to water installations.
14. Electrical installation
The electrical installation is complete and it includes distributing the electrical installation all over the house. What is more, there is also a 36 modules distribution board.
15. Building documents
We offer to adapt every project to a detailed design if a client needs it.
16. Transport costs.
The costs of the transport are included in the price of the house.
17. Other arrangements.
Detailed arrangements and suggested changes are usually agreed during signing the contract for a house in HBE system.
